QA/QC Inspector – Premium Villa Development

About the role

We are seeking a QA/QC Inspector to join a leading main contractor on a large‑scale premium villa development in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring that every villa meets the required quality standards through rigorous on‑site inspections and coordination with consultants and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections of residential villa construction activities.
• Prepare, review and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and related documentation.
• Manage Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).
• Issue, track and close Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Approve incoming materials and verify compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients and internal teams to resolve quality issues.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of QA/QC experience with a main contractor in the UAE.
• Background in villa or residential construction.
• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Required skills

• Construction site inspection.
• Inspection Test Plan (ITP) preparation and execution.
• Work Inspection Request (WIR) and Material Inspection Request (MIR) handling.
• Non‑Conformance Report (NCR) management.
• Material approval processes.
