QA/QC Lead – EPC Oil & Gas Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Lead to direct all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for an EPC oil & gas project. You will ensure that engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases meet project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant specifications, standards (e.g., ISO, API), and client expectations.
• Coordinate QA/QC efforts across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and non‑conformance reviews.
• Manage quality documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to project personnel on QA/QC procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in QA/QC roles within EPC oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards and specifications.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation.
• QA/QC procedures and auditing techniques.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, API Q1, and related standards.
• Ability to prepare and interpret quality reports and documentation.
