QC Inspector

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QC Inspector to join our construction team and ensure that all civil, structural and finishing works meet the highest quality standards on active project sites in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, curing and dimensional accuracy, as well as blockwork, plastering, screed, waterproofing, backfilling and compaction.
• Verify that architectural and finishing works such as tiling, marble/granite installation, gypsum works, joinery, doors, painting and metal works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate material testing with third‑party laboratories, review test results against ASTM/BS standards and raise immediate notifications for any non‑conformities.
• Prepare and submit IRs/RFIs, maintain logs of inspection requests, MIRs, NCRs, test results and other QA/QC documentation.
• Identify non‑conforming work or materials, liaise with site supervisors to implement corrective actions and support the closure of NCRs.
• Liaise with consultants, client representatives, site engineers and subcontractors, and attend QA/QC and coordination meetings.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of QA/QC experience covering both civil and finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, ITP, MIR and local authority requirements.
• Proven ability to work on active construction sites and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
