Quality Assurance Specialist – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure that all internal processes adhere to company policies, procedures and established quality standards. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role supports the Emiratization program and works closely with multiple departments to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate internal processes for compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks, audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
• Identify process gaps, non‑compliance issues and operational risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports, audit findings, corrective action plans and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of quality observations.
• Support the development, review and updating of SOPs, workflows, checklists and other quality documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in line with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction and driving service quality improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in quality assurance, audit or compliance.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
