Quantity Surveyor / Procurement Executive (Dubai)

About the role

The organization is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor / Procurement Executive to lead procurement and contract activities across its projects in Dubai. The role involves developing policies, managing tender processes, and providing contractual guidance to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement and contract policies and procedures.
• Support pre‑contract development, prepare tender documents and review procurement proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create RFPs, RFIs and RFQs that align with organisational guidelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractual advice and support purchasing expertise across departments.
• Facilitate bidder meetings, organise tender openings and technical discussions.
• Manage existing agreements, service level contracts and address vendor issues on behalf of the organisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, contracts or quantity surveying.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, engineering or an equivalent field.
• Professional certification such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluent English communication skills.
