About the role
Bureau Veritas is seeking a Radiographic Testing (RT) Technician to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role involves performing radiographic inspections, interpreting film results, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct radiographic testing, film interpretation, and densitometer calibrations according to approved procedures.
- Prepare final examination reports and submit timesheets promptly.
- Maintain safety devices, personal protective equipment, and housekeeping standards on site.
- Coordinate with other NDT teams (PAUT, multi‑tech) to ensure timely report delivery.
Required profile
- ASNT RT Level II certification (or equivalent) with 2–8 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow site safety protocols.
- Willingness to attend company training and toolbox talks.
Required skills
- Radiographic Testing (RT) – ASNT Level II.
- Film interpretation and densitometer calibration.
- Knowledge of NDT methods and PTW (Permit to Work) procedures.
- Familiarity with WMS Full Package for ADNOC projects.
