About the role

Axen Realty LLC is looking for experienced Real Estate Brokers in Dubai who are passionate about property sales, client relationships and business development. Successful candidates will identify potential buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, promote available properties, generate leads and guide clients through the sales and rental process. The role suits professionals who want to expand their client network, work with leading Dubai developers and earn through property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors.
• Promote residential properties, off-plan developments and rental opportunities across Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Arrange viewings, conduct presentations, negotiate offers and facilitate transactions.
• Develop knowledge of Dubai's communities, property prices and investment opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective clients and keep an active sales pipeline.
• Work towards individual sales and leasing targets.
• Maintain professional client service and comply with applicable UAE real estate regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of real estate or relevant sales experience in Dubai.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai property market and major residential communities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Professional English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven, able to turn leads into transactions.
• A valid UAE driving licence and a valid RERA broker card are preferred.
