About the role
Join a top‑ranked Dubai agency specializing in high‑end residential and commercial properties. As a Secondary Real Estate Broker you will list, market and negotiate property transactions for sellers and landlords.
Key responsibilities
- List and market properties for sale and rent on major platforms.
- Advise sellers and landlords on market conditions and trends.
- Negotiate deals and coordinate with clients and landlords.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, disciplined and organized professional.
- Strong communication skills and trustworthy attitude.
- UAE driving licence and personal vehicle are a plus.
Required skills
- Experience in property listing and marketing.
- Negotiation abilities with clients and landlords.
- Second‑language proficiency in Arabic or Hindi (optional).
- Basic computer/IT knowledge.
