Real Estate Consultant / Advisor – Lead Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Real Estate Consultant/Advisor to manage and convert leads across our property portfolio in Dubai. The role involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams to ensure every enquiry is handled efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage all leads from property portals, social media, website and other marketing sources.
• Assign enquiries to appropriate consultants based on location, property type and availability.
• Follow up with sales consultants to obtain accurate updates on assigned leads.
• Maintain timely and accurate records in the CRM system.
• Track response times and uphold high standards of customer service.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure no lead is missed.
• Monitor pending and inactive leads and take follow‑up actions.
• Escalate urgent, VIP or high‑value enquiries to the Sales Manager.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, conversion and response times.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
• Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory); additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Russian, French or Chinese are a plus.
• Previous experience in real estate, customer service, telesales, call centre or lead management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
