Real Estate Consultant (Commercial & Residential Properties)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on both commercial and residential property transactions, helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties while delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling and renting commercial and residential properties.
• Generate and follow up leads to build a pipeline of prospective buyers and tenants.
• Conduct and guide property viewings, providing detailed information and answering client queries.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of real‑estate sales experience, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial and residential property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance and presentable demeanor.
