About the role

Join a fast‑growing real estate brokerage in Dubai as a Property Consultant. You will work with buyers, sellers, investors and landlords across Dubai’s most sought‑after communities, guiding them through every stage of the property journey while building your own portfolio and long‑term career.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and landlords.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to successful transaction closure.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance throughout buying and selling processes.
• Negotiate offers, oversee contracts and ensure smooth transaction completion.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media and prospecting.
• Market properties on leading online portals and digital platforms.
• Maintain client communication and lead management using the company CRM system.

Required profile

• Fluent in one of the following languages: French, German, Polish, Czech, Portuguese, Greek or any Scandinavian language.
• Minimum 6 months experience in real estate or a consultative sales role.
• Ambitious, performance‑driven and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.

• Proficiency in using a CRM system for lead and client management.
