Real Estate Consultant – Secondary Market Specialist

About the role

ERE Homes, a boutique brokerage operating in Dubai’s secondary property market, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Consultant to focus on secondary sales and rentals. You will work within an established brand, building your own client book while delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling and renting properties, with a primary focus on secondary market transactions.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and manage the process from initial interest to closing.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.
• Stay up‑to‑date with UAE property law, market trends and pricing dynamics.
• Generate your own pipeline while leveraging company leads and marketing support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE real‑estate market.
• Strong knowledge of secondary sales and rental transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of retaining clients over the long term.
