Real Estate Sales Agent – Ajman

About the role

Ennova Realty, a leading real‑estate firm in the Northern Emirates, is looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join its team in Ajman. This full‑time position offers the tools and support needed to drive property sales and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and pursue new sales leads through various channels to expand the client base.
• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties, providing clients with clear information on options.
• Conduct property viewings and present features and benefits to prospective buyers.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales deals to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and the company.
• Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real‑estate sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Valid UAE residence visa.
• UAE driving licence.
• Ability to work autonomously and handle client inquiries professionally.

Required skills

• Familiarity with local market trends and property regulations in the UAE (nice to have).
• Experience using CRM tools or real‑estate software for lead management (nice to have).
• Proactive mindset and networking capability (nice to have).
