Real Estate Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join Bargo Real Estate in Dubai. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling and renting residential and commercial properties while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in purchasing, selling and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, marketing and prospecting.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on listings.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies and property values.
• Negotiate offers, contracts and terms between buyers and sellers.
• Prepare and manage sales agreements and required documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on market trends, listings and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with owners, developers, banks, legal professionals and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and record activities in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong understanding of the local real‑estate market.
• Result‑driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
