Real Estate Telesales Executive – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Telesales Executive to join DOVAQ REAL ESTATE in Dubai. The role involves contacting potential clients, generating leads, promoting property projects and converting prospects into qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and create new business opportunities.
• Follow up leads via phone, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
• Understand client property requirements and recommend suitable projects.
• Present property details, pricing, payment plans and investment options professionally.
• Qualify leads and arrange property viewings or meetings with the sales team.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups to maximise conversion rates.
• Update client information, call logs and lead status in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call and sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Stay informed about current projects, market trends and promotional offers.

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and other digital communication platforms.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE real‑estate market is advantageous.
