About the role
We are seeking a confident and motivated Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our Dubai‑based team. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and supporting the sales pipeline for luxury property transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential property buyers and investors.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through phone and email communication.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to move opportunities forward.
- Maintain accurate client records and daily call reports.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Required profile
- Previous experience in telesales or a call‑center environment.
- Strong, professional communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Real‑estate knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
