Real Estate Telesales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our dynamic Dubai team. The successful candidate will use company‑provided leads to engage prospective buyers, sellers, landlords and investors, driving new business through outbound calls and follow‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using supplied leads.
• Qualify buyers, sellers, landlords and investors based on their property needs.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold‑calling and follow‑up calls.
• Schedule appointments for Property Consultants and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups to nurture and convert leads.
• Accurately update customer information in the CRM system.
• Present company services and available property options professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, appointments and lead generation.
• Prepare daily activity and performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, telemarketing or customer service (real‑estate experience a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Positive attitude with a professional work ethic.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
