About the role
First impressions are everything! As a Receptionist, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
Key responsibilities
- Greet, check‑in, respond to requests while providing exceptional service.
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up‑selling.
Required profile
- Should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Receptionist for a 5‑star resort in the UAE.
- Being multilingual (Arabic, German, Russian, French) is a plus.
- Prior experience working with Opera is mandatory.
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
