About the role
Vudix Shipping LLC is looking for a professional Receptionist/Admin to manage front‑desk operations and support daily administrative activities in its Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative and able to multitask in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage front‑desk operations professionally.
- Handle phone calls, respond to enquiries and direct communications appropriately.
- Maintain organized records, files and office documentation.
- Support daily office activities and assist team members when required.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with attention to detail.
Required skills
- Knowledge of reception and front‑office operations.
- Administrative support and office coordination experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
