About the role

Join Premier Inn Hotels in Dubai Investments Park as a Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check‑in and check‑out experience. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling guest inquiries, payments, and reservations while upholding the brand’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers, providing a friendly and timely reception.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest queries about promotions, room rates, and local attractions.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and payments accurately following cash‑handling procedures.
• Maintain the reception area, including stock of supplies and stationery.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution.
• Handle general office duties such as correspondence, email management, and filing.
• Ensure guest safety in line with hotel safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of both independent and team work.
• Minimum one year of experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office setting.
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading, writing).
