About the role
The Customer Reception Host at Toyota Retail Aftersales is the first point of contact for visitors, responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly, creating a positive first impression and aiming for high satisfaction scores.
- Identify the purpose of each visit and direct guests to the appropriate department or Service Advisor.
- Manage appointments and coordinate with the Customer Engagement Contact Centre.
- Answer incoming calls, handle scheduling, and support reception duties when Service Advisors are unavailable.
- Report and escalate customer complaints to the Reception Manager for timely resolution.
- Monitor and report health and safety issues affecting customers or staff.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2‑3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Ability to manage customer interactions and complaints effectively.
Required skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling and customer service software.
