Receptionist Front Desk Agent – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Join EDITION, a luxury boutique hotel brand, as a Receptionist Front Desk Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations and providing exceptional service in both English and Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, confirm, process and conduct all guest check‑ins/check‑outs, room reservations, requests, changes and cancellations.
• Secure payments, verify and adjust billing, activate and file room keys.
• Process guest requests, relay messages and maintain contingency lists for emergencies.
• Provide guests with information on property amenities, services, local attractions and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Run and review daily reports, complete cashier and closing reports, and handle wake‑up call requests.
• Count and secure the bank at the beginning and end of shift, process all payment types and report any theft to security.
• Maintain uniform and personal appearance, ensure confidentiality and protect company assets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic with a professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow company policies and report incidents.
• Team‑oriented attitude with the ability to develop positive working relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using hotel front‑desk computer systems for reservations, billing and reporting.
• Cash handling and basic accounting procedures.
