Receptionist – Turkish Speaker

About the role

Join Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah as a Receptionist and be the first smile guests see. You will create memorable first impressions while ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, complete check‑in, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials or bell service assistance.
• Process departures, verify charges, handle payments, issue receipts and use the POS system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive hotel and local area information, promote amenities and up‑sell services to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns and manage communications with care.

Required profile

• A passion for hospitality and delivering warm, memorable experiences.
• Integrity, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency in every interaction.
