Recruiter (Arabic Speaker) - UAE National Hiring

About the role

The company is looking for a recruiter with at least 2 years of recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring across a range of roles. Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred, especially those with experience hiring UAE Nationals or sourcing talent for niche and hard-to-fill positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting offer negotiations.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and Boolean searches.
• Screen candidates and assess their experience, skills and suitability for each role.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for UAE National hiring and specialist positions.
• Prepare candidate profiles, maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work toward hiring deadlines.
• Eager to learn and be trained.
• Arabic language proficiency is required.
• Experience recruiting UAE Nationals and/or successfully filling niche, specialist or hard-to-fill roles is highly preferred.
