Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join an international, collaborative environment based in the United Arab Emirates. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, helping to attract exceptional talent across global markets while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates using sourcing platforms, networking, direct search, and headhunting techniques.
• Conduct candidate research across multiple countries and talent markets.
• Maintain accurate hiring pipelines and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and support hiring decisions.
• Ensure structured, consistent interview processes and provide recruitment guidance to interviewers.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably with IT roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international setting.
• Proven ability to build and maintain candidate relationships throughout the hiring journey.

Required skills

• Direct sourcing and headhunting methods.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Understanding of the IT talent market and technical terminology.
