About the role
Own the hiring funnel end‑to‑end for sales, operations, content and platform roles in Dubai, managing posting, sourcing, screening, offers and onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Run outbound sourcing on LinkedIn and local talent communities.
- Maintain a candidate board with stages, next steps and dates.
- Minimise external agency usage and manage agency relationships when needed.
- Participate in interviews for the positions you fill, including with team leads.
Required profile
- Proven experience filling seats, with metrics on time‑to‑hire and probation success.
- Active sourcing mindset; not reliant on passive posting.
- Fluent English and based in Dubai.

- Base salary AED 5,000 per month.
- Hire bonuses paid after probation.
- Milestone bonuses as headcount targets are met.
- 5% production override on net margin and agency commission for 12 months per placement.
- UAE work‑visa sponsorship.
- Career progression to Head of People as the team grows.
