Recruitment Consultant - Sales

About the role

Hays is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join its Sales division in Dubai. You will work in a supportive, collaborative team, working closely with clients and candidates to deliver recruitment outcomes through market insights, talent mapping and strong relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, engaging and assessing talent on platforms such as LinkedIn, GulfTalent and internal systems
• Building strong candidate pipelines and presenting quality shortlists
• Conducting market mapping and sharing insights with clients
• Representing clients professionally in the market
• Managing searches from initial briefing through to successful completion
• Developing new client relationships and contributing to business growth
• Working collaboratively with the wider team and sharing market knowledge

Required profile

• Previous recruitment agency experience, ideally in Sales or Technology across the UAE/Gulf region
• Must have experience in a recruitment agency
• Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach
• Confident in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
