Recruitment Manager - Luxury Real Estate

About the role

Christie's International Real Estate, a luxury real estate brand with an international affiliate network, is hiring a Recruitment Manager for its operations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. Reporting directly to the Founder & Managing Partner, this is a senior, hands-on position with influence over the business's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic recruitment across all CIRE divisions and UAE offices.
• Identify, headhunt and secure high-performing real estate professionals, senior leadership and specialist talent.
• Develop a structured recruitment strategy aligned with expansion and business objectives.
• Leverage the brand's international recognition to attract top industry professionals.
• Establish recruitment processes, talent pipelines and measurable performance KPIs.
• Work directly with the Founder & Managing Partner to identify key hires and build high-performing teams.

Required profile

• Proven UAE real estate recruitment experience (essential).
• An established network and a track record of attracting top industry talent.
• Strong leadership, management and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially astute, proactive and confident engaging with senior industry professionals.
