Recruitment Officer – 6 Month Contract

About the role

Etihad is looking for a professional and organized Recruitment Officer to join its Human Resources team in Abu Dhabi. This is a 6-month contract covering the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding. The officer works with hiring managers across the organization to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media and professional networks
• Conduct in-person assessments and administer virtual assessments
• Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources
• Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates across multiple channels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Familiarity with job posting platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail in data entry and documentation
