Senior Capability Development and Culture Officer

About the role

NMDC Group is hiring a Senior Capability Development and Culture Officer in Abu Dhabi. The role manages and oversees capability development programs and cultural initiatives so that they meet organizational needs, while guiding employees and managers on development opportunities and cultural matters.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and administration of capability development programs so they align with business objectives
• Support and manage initiatives that promote and enhance organizational culture
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops and development programs
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to evaluate program effectiveness
• Provide support to employees and managers on development opportunities and cultural matters
• Conduct regular evaluations and recommend improvements
• Assist in identifying and addressing talent development needs and support change management efforts
• Develop communication materials and strategies for programs and initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, program outcomes and cultural initiatives
• Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and consultants
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, track expenditures, and prepare status reports for management
• Coordinate resources and logistics for training and cultural events

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or equivalent
• Certification in Learning and Development preferred
• Minimum 6 years of related work experience in similar industries
