About the role
Virtua Advanced Solution, a provider of HRIS and global employment services, is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support its operations across the Middle East and Africa. The role will be based in Sharjah and will focus on attracting top talent, managing the end‑to‑end hiring process, and ensuring compliance with local recruitment regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Attend career fairs, open houses and community events to proactively source candidates.
- Review and improve recruitment policies, hiring metrics and selection techniques.
- Facilitate interview scheduling, candidate travel logistics, assessments and recruitment reimbursements.
- Conduct reference checks, background verification and ensure compliance with national preference laws.
- Develop and implement robust recruiting procedures and training sessions for internal teams.
- Supervise a team of recruiters, providing feedback, direction and performance monitoring.
- Handle full recruitment cycle activities including posting vacancies, shortlisting, assessing candidates and issuing offer letters.
