Recruitment Specialist – Real Estate Agents (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead the sourcing and hiring of Real Estate Agents for our growing network in Dubai. The role focuses on building strong relationships with candidates and achieving aggressive recruitment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and engage qualified Real Estate Agents in the Dubai market.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Leverage existing industry contacts and expand the talent pool through networking and proactive sourcing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hiring needs with business objectives.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on progress against targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting Real Estate Agents in Dubai.
• Established network within the Dubai real‑estate industry.
• Strong communication, interviewing and sourcing abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a proven record of meeting recruitment goals.
