Regional Business Director – Fashion & Lifestyle

About the role

This senior executive position holds full accountability for strategy, P&L, market entry, brand portfolio development, customer proposition, digital growth and operational performance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long‑term growth strategy for the region.
• Build and scale a portfolio of international fashion brands.
• Lead new market, brand and store launches.
• Develop strategic relationships with global brand partners.
• Build a high‑performing regional leadership team.
• Deliver sustainable revenue, profitability and market‑share growth.
• Establish the operating model, culture and capabilities required for scale.

Required profile

• Proven fashion retail executive with significant P&L leadership experience.
• Strong commercial judgement and a track record of building or transforming complex, multi‑market businesses.

Required skills

• Experience across the Middle East & APAC.
• Expertise in international brand partnerships, franchise models and omnichannel retail.
• Background in large‑scale growth environments.
