Regional Finance Director

About the role

The Regional Finance Director will lead the finance function for a multi‑country portfolio from our Dubai hub, shaping financial strategy and partnering with senior leaders to drive growth and ensure robust financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional finance strategy, aligning financial plans with organisational priorities.
• Maintain a strong financial control environment, mitigating fraud and error risks across subsidiaries.
• Oversee IFRS‑compliant financial reporting, statutory audits and the preparation of accurate accounts.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and analytics frameworks to track performance and provide actionable insights.
• Act as finance business partner to the Managing Director, supporting business plan execution and commercial success.
• Collaborate with the CFO and finance leadership team on strategic finance matters.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc management accounts, ensuring compliance with statutory and fiduciary obligations.
• Identify risks and opportunities in staff allocation and pipeline reviews to optimise financial performance.

Required profile

• Proven regional finance leadership experience, preferably within a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing finance teams across multiple countries.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with senior executives.
• Track record of implementing effective financial controls and risk‑mitigation processes.
