Regional HR Manager / HRBP – Middle East

About the role

The Regional HR Manager/HR Business Partner will design and support the HR function for Gotion’s fast‑growing Middle East operations. Based in Dubai or Saudi Arabia, you will lead workforce planning, recruitment, localisation, compensation and employee relations across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop regional workforce plans, organisational structures and headcount forecasts aligned with business growth.
• Lead recruitment for sales, engineering, project management, service, manufacturing and corporate functions.
• Build talent pipelines and recruiting channels in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Türkiye, Uzbekistan and other priority markets.
• Design and implement localisation strategies, including Saudisation compliance and local talent development.
• Support regional compensation, benefits, performance management, salary reviews and incentive programmes.
• Manage employee relations, contracts, onboarding/off‑boarding, attendance, leave, insurance and labour compliance.
• Partner with local legal counsel, PROs and HR service providers to ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
• Assist workforce planning and hiring ramp‑up for future pack and cell manufacturing operations.
• Develop talent pipelines, succession plans, training programmes and cross‑cultural integration initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in regional HR, HRBP or multinational organisations.
• Strong recruiting capabilities combined with experience in compensation, performance management, employee relations or organisational development.
• In‑depth knowledge of Middle East employment practices; Saudi Arabia or UAE experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of Saudisation, localisation, expatriate employment and visa/work‑permit management is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to be based in Dubai or Saudi Arabia and travel regionally.
