About the role
The Regional HSSE Manager will lead health, safety, security and environmental initiatives across the Middle East for Bureau Veritas, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards while fostering a culture of safety excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional HSSE strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Implement and maintain HSSE management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with regional leadership and global QHSSE teams to integrate HSSE into business processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of HSSE experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and HSSE standards.
- Excellent communication, influencing and analytical abilities.
Required skills
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 knowledge.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HSSE information systems.
