Registered Nurse - Accident & Emergency

About the role

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is recruiting one Registered Nurse for its Accident & Emergency department. The nurse provides and coordinates patient-centred, evidence-based care while complying with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and procedures
• Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences under nursing leadership
• Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build their competence

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Valid BLS, ACLS and PALS certification
• At least two years of experience in your home country
• Desired: at least three years of recent or current experience as an A&E nurse in a hospital, and UAE experience is beneficial

• Knowledge of patient safety standards
• Computer literacy and MS Office
• English verbal and written communication
