Registered Nurse – Inpatient

About the role

The Royal Khalifa City Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its inpatient (IP) team. You will work collaboratively with physicians and allied health professionals to deliver safe, compassionate, and individualized care to patients throughout their hospital stay.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop and monitor individualized care plans, and record vital signs.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and provide wound care management.
• Assist in medical procedures, prepare patients for examinations, and support pre‑ and post‑operative care.
• Monitor patients with medical devices, recognize and report complications, and respond to emergencies.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and provide emotional support.

Required profile

• Valid license to practice as a registered nurse in the UAE.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to work across departments and communicate clearly in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to use the electronic medical record system for documentation.
