About the role
The Registered Nurse will provide and coordinate patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, educate patients and families, and support them emotionally.
Key responsibilities
- Perform systematic patient assessments, record vital signs and escalate abnormalities.
- Create, implement and evaluate patient care plans with the interprofessional team.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products and monitor for reactions.
- Provide wound care management and assist in invasive or non‑invasive procedures.
- Facilitate safe admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
Required profile
- Valid license to work as a registered nurse with the relevant UAE health authority.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to work across departments when needed.

- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation
- IV therapy and blood product administration
- Wound care management
