Registered Nurse - Outpatient (Urology Clinic)

About the role

Provide and coordinate patient‑centric and evidence‑based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality outpatient services within a urology clinic setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
• Create a positive patient experience by fostering a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
• Mentor, supervise and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with a valid BLS certificate.
• At least two years of nursing experience in the candidate’s home country, preferably in a urology clinic.
• Basic Arabic language skills.

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
