About the role

The International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced KHDA Registrar to join its growing team in the United Arab Emirates. The role is central to ensuring that the school complies with regulatory requirements, safeguards student wellbeing, and supports the school’s financial and operational responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate student and staff records in line with KHDA regulations and school policies.
• Support safeguarding and health‑and‑safety processes, identifying and acting on any concerns.
• Assist with financial decisions related to registration and enrolment, ensuring responsible use of resources.
• Promote continuous improvement by engaging in professional development and school improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and external authorities to ensure smooth operation of registration processes.

• Friendly, approachable, professional and discreet.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clear, concise communication skills in English (and Arabic where required).
• Commitment to safeguarding children and adhering to vetting procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with iSAMS school management system.
• Experience using HubSpot for communications.
• Ability to analyse data with Google Analytics.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Fluent Arabic language skills.
