Regulatory Compliance Manager – Asset Management

About the role

We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to support an asset management client in the UAE. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with local regulatory frameworks and international standards while strengthening governance across investment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks, manage license documentation, and act as liaison for regulatory approvals and renewals.
• Draft and implement compliance manuals, AML/CFT and KYC frameworks, and ensure adherence to FATCA, CRS, and UBO requirements.
• Support distributor oversight, conduct third‑party due diligence, coordinate internal audits, and manage the regulatory reporting calendar.
• Deliver internal training on compliance, AML/KYC, and regulatory responsibilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of regulatory compliance experience in asset management, with strong knowledge of UAE and DIFC regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
