Regulatory Compliance Officer (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our Dubai team on a contract basis. You will ensure the organisation complies with UAE regulatory requirements, particularly those issued by the Central Bank, and act as the main liaison with regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret regulatory developments from the UAE Central Bank and other authorities.
• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory bodies, managing communications and requests.
• Support regulatory reporting and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Assess the impact of new regulations on the business and embed requirements into daily operations.
• Develop, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide training and awareness on regulatory obligations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a regulatory compliance role within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, especially Central Bank requirements.
• Experience engaging directly with regulators and managing communications.
• Ability to interpret and implement regulatory changes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
