Relationship Manager - Channel Sales

About the role

Careers International is hiring a Relationship Manager for channel sales in Dubai. The role drives sales for off-plan projects by turning leads into successful deals, building strong relationships with agents, investors and buyers, and supporting channel partners through pricing, payment plans and training.

Key responsibilities

• Understand project details such as unit layouts, floor plans and amenities so they can be presented effectively to brokers and clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents, investors and buyers.
• Stay up to date on market trends and competitor developments.
• Handle pricing, payment plans and negotiate terms to close a sale.
• Run regular training sessions with channel partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Act as the main point of contact for channel partners, providing ongoing support and solving their challenges.
• Represent the company at industry events, property expos and networking sessions.
• Report regularly to management on sales progress, client feedback and market demand.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with a developer.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market.
• UAE driving licence and a car are mandatory.
• Fluent in English, Arabic and French (from Tunisia or Lebanon).
