Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking

About the role

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is hiring a Relationship Manager within its Retail Banking Group, which serves retail and micro-business customers with conventional and Shari'ah-compliant banking products and services. The role focuses on acquiring clients, growing portfolios and delivering high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients, complete financial analysis and submit accurate credit applications for a smooth onboarding experience
• Achieve assigned targets and secure profitable business transactions
• Offer new solutions, enroll clients in alternative channels and value-added services to increase transaction volumes and grow the portfolio
• Build and maintain a client dossier giving a 360-degree view of current and future needs
• Visit clients to understand and report on their risk profile and update approving authorities on any changes
• Apply ADCB's service standards in all internal and external customer interactions
• Follow bank and departmental policies, procedures and SOPs, and manage yourself in line with people management practices

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience managing client relationships and client portfolios
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance

Required skills

• Knowledge of balance sheet analysis and key financial ratios
