Relationship Manager – Corporate & Investment Banking (Mid Market)

About the role

The Relationship Manager will maintain and grow existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities within the Mid‑Market segment of the Corporate & Investment Banking Group. The role involves structuring and recommending credit facilities, including working capital, term finance, treasury, and investment banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve financial and non‑financial targets set in MBOs/KPIs.
• Identify and develop new business in the target market to meet unit plans.
• Deepen existing relationships to maximize return on assets and wallet share.
• Optimize balance‑sheet usage and portfolio structure.
• Structure large, complex transactions independently.

Required profile

• Minimum 7‑9 years of marketing or corporate finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of the bank’s credit policy and operating systems.
• Potential to progress to Team Leader.
• CA or MBA preferred.

Required skills

• Comprehensive understanding of working capital, term finance, treasury, and investment banking products.
• Strong credit analysis and legal knowledge.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
