Relationship Manager

About the role

You will be the bridge between Devmark's developer clients and the broker community, ensuring brokers are consistently briefed, engaged and motivated to present our projects to their buyers. An ideal candidate will have solid UAE off‑plan experience especially gained within a real estate developer, master agency or boutique project environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build, activate and maintain a strong network of broker relationships across the UAE.
• Understand each broker's buyer profile and match them with the most relevant Devmark projects.
• Deliver compelling, story‑led project presentations and briefings to brokers.
• Initiate regular outreach to brokers via phone, in‑person meetings and digital channels.
• Own and manage a live broker pipeline tracking interactions, follow‑ups and opportunity status.
• Stay current on market trends, competitor projects and broker sentiment to sharpen pitches.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on project launches and broker engagement campaigns.
• Provide regular, accurate updates to the Director of Sales on broker activity and pipeline status.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Developer Sales in the UAE.
• Strong existing broker network.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE luxury off‑plan market, pricing dynamics and competitor landscape.
• Track record of consistent, quantifiable sales results.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.

• Highly self‑directed with a structured approach to pipeline management.
• Professionalism and emotional intelligence to build trust quickly with senior broker contacts.

What we offer

• Salary AED 10,000 – AED 14,000 per month plus commission.
