Relationship Manager – Luxury Real Estate Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking dynamic Relationship Managers to nurture brokerage partnerships, drive agency sales, and enhance our brand presence in the luxury real‑estate market of Dubai. You will act as the primary liaison between our boutique development projects and a network of brokers and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and high‑net‑worth investors.
• Generate leads, close sales, and achieve revenue targets for boutique developments.
• Promote the brand through social‑media channels and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless hand‑over of qualified prospects.
• Provide market feedback and insights to support product positioning.

Required profile

• Positive, ambitious, disciplined high‑performer with a proactive attitude.
• Minimum 3 years experience in real‑estate development, brokerage, or luxury sectors such as private aviation, hospitality, or wealth management.
• Strong network of brokers and investors in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to join immediately.
