Relationship Manager – Organic Sales

About the role

ADSS, a leading brokerage in Abu Dhabi, seeks a Relationship Manager within its Growth vertical to manage and grow a portfolio of High Net Worth and high‑potential clients trading FX and CFDs. The role focuses on increasing Net Client Value through upgrades, cross‑selling and reactivating dormant accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of 125‑150 clients, understanding their trading needs and risk appetite.
• Execute targeted upgrade campaigns to move high‑potential clients to the Elite tier and increase trading volume.
• Systematically reactivate semi‑dormant clients (no trades for 90‑180 days) using outreach sequences and tailored portfolio ideas.
• Provide expert advice on FX and CFD strategies, market trends, and risk management.
• Meet performance targets for client upgrades, NCV uplift, and reactivation rates while maintaining high client retention.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and SCA regulations, monitor for suspicious activity, and support KYC/AML procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in FX/CFD trading.
• Proven track record managing High Net Worth client portfolios and executing upgrade or reactivation campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and trends.
