Relationship Manager – Priority Banking (Chinese Speaker)

About the role

As a Relationship Manager – Priority Banking at Emirates NBD, you will acquire new client relationships, nurture existing ones, meet revenue targets across assets, liabilities, investments and insurance, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new client relationships and expand existing ones within the Priority Banking segment.
• Meet revenue targets across assets, liabilities, investments and insurance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, provide advisory services and cross‑sell banking products.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations, AML policies and KYC requirements.
• Maintain client profiles, assess risk tolerance and document meetings.
• Monitor client satisfaction and stay updated on market trends.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or Finance.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in financial services or banking.
• Experience across retail and wealth management areas.
• Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin; relevant wealth‑management certifications preferred.
